Each small dish features an incredibly detailed, high-relief hand-chased repoussé design depicting crisp blackberries, wild berries, delicate blossoms, and dense foliage. The rims are elegantly scalloped, complementing the organic, flowing nature of the pattern. The reverse side clearly shows the negative indentations characteristic of authentic, quality hand-hammered repoussé craftsmanship. At 3.5 inches wide, these are the classic individual size meant for formal table settings. Condition: Excellent antique condition with minor, age-appropriate surface wear. The high-relief details remain very crisp and sharp. They retain a beautiful natural patina in the recessed areas, which perfectly highlights the three-dimensional artwork. No major dents, cracks, or deep scratches. Markings: Each piece is clearly stamped STERLING on the underside. No other maker hallmarks are present, which is typical for independent American silversmiths of the late 19th to early 20th century.
